Hello, my name is Preeti. I am from India and currently working as an Overnight Support Worker at the Second Stage of Helping Spirit Lodge (Spirit Way). I first joined the organization in 2023 as a part-time worker and later returned at the end of 2024 as a full-time staff member. In the past six months of working in this role, I have learned a lot about the traumas that women face, including mental health challenges and domestic violence. This experience has taught me how to support and guide women with love, care, and compassion.

I believe there is still so much more to learn, and I am committed to growing in this field. My goal is to continue serving the community in the best way I can, and to help create strength and boldness in women so they can face every situation with bravery.
