Tammy Pearce

Tammy Pearce is a proud Métis woman from Alberta who has been a dedicated member of Helping Spirit Lodge Society (HSLS) since 2006. She currently serves as the Manager of Spirit Lodge, HSLS’s first-stage transition house, where she leads a committed team in providing a safe, culturally grounded, and supportive environment for women and children fleeing violence.

In her role, Tammy is deeply involved in supporting clients through the early stages of their healing journey, helping them rebuild their lives with dignity, strength, and hope. Her leadership is rooted in a strong sense of community, cultural identity, and compassion.

Beyond her professional commitments, Tammy is a proud mother of four and grandmother of three, values that continue to inspire her advocacy and dedication to family and community well-being
