All the way from Chile in South America, I came to Canada over three years ago to challenge myself professionally and personally. Along with a business management background and more than six years of experience in operations management and team leaderships, I’ve built and trained teams, streamlined processes and strengthened conflict resolutions and communications skills in multicultural environments.

Joining Helping Spirit Lodge Society has renewed my commitment and passion for social contribution. I’m driven by a desire to help create equitable opportunities and support Indigenous communities. I value collaboration, empathy, and continuous learning as the foundations for meaningful impact.
